Telephone System
Based on the SIP standard, 3CX is a software-based private branch exchange. It allows extensions to use the public switched telephone network or Voice over Internet Protocol services to make calls.
3CX is extremely feature rich with all the expected features included ‘out of the box’. This means you can keep the set-up as simple as you need it to be initially and then expand later without paying for license upgrades or expensive add-on packs.
DEPLOY YOUR WAY: CLOUD OR ON PREMISE |
|
With 3CX, you’re in the driving seat. Deploy on-premise, as an affordable mini PC or in our cloud environment. The Technology Group’s cloud infrastructure has been designed end-to-end to host 3CX so you know you’re getting the most out of it as a managed service. We can even help you virtualise 3CX using Hyper V or VMware for added redundancy and easy backups. |

EASY MANAGEMENT |
|
As a self-managing, plug-and-play platform, adopting 3CX means you can hit the ground running, automate everyday tasks and monitor your calling performance from a single dashboard. 3CX also enables you to forget about the hassle (and cost) of updating and managing your system and just focus on what matters most, your customers. |
