Andrew is the Director of IT Scotland, who co-founded the business over 20 years ago and has played a key role in its growth and success.
With extensive experience in the IT industry, Andrew continues to lead the company with a focus on innovation and maintaining a strong, efficient team to meet client needs.
In his spare time, Andrew likes to dream of his retirement.
Kenny is a versatile member of our team with over a decade of experience in IT. He brings expertise in a wide range of technical areas, including CCTV systems, Wi-Fi setup and support, networking, helpdesk, repairs, and PC troubleshooting.
Whether it’s ensuring security systems run smoothly, optimizing network performance, or resolving technical issues through the helpdesk, Kenny is always ready to jump in and provide effective solutions.
With a hands-on approach and a strong problem-solving mindset, he ensures that all systems operate efficiently and client issues are addressed quickly.
Outside of work Kenny enjoys travelling far and wide!
With a decade of experience in the SME market, Jordan Mulholland supports businesses in maintaining and optimizing their technology infrastructure. Specializing in server deployments, email migrations, SharePoint setups, disaster recovery planning, and cloud backups, he ensures organizations have secure, efficient, and reliable IT systems.
Jordan is also skilled in server and backup monitoring, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they disrupt operations.
As a 2nd line helpdesk technician, he provides hands-on support, troubleshooting complex technical problems to keep businesses running smoothly. Whether optimizing infrastructure, securing critical data, or developing disaster recovery strategies, Jordan is committed to delivering tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization.
Blair is a skilled technician with extensive experience in CCTV systems, Wi-Fi setup and support, networking, and 3CX phone systems.
With a strong technical foundation, he excels in the seamless installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and Wi-Fi networks, optimizing their performance for clients.
Blair also plays a vital role in managing and supporting 3CX phone systems, ensuring businesses have reliable and efficient communication. His expertise in networking allows him to troubleshoot issues, provide comprehensive support, and deliver effective solutions to meet client needs.
In his spare time Blair likes to walk his two spaniels.
Craig is a key member of our team, providing essential helpdesk support with a particular expertise in till systems.
Craig plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of till systems across healthcare settings, providing expert technical support when issues arise.
Alongside his specialized work, Craig is also actively involved in helping with day-to-day ticket inquiries, troubleshooting a variety of technical issues and offering timely solutions to keep everything running efficiently.
In his spare time Craig enjoys teaching salsa.
Keir is the newest addition to our team as a junior help desk support member.
With a passion for technology and problem-solving, he’s eager to assist clients and ensure their IT issues are resolved efficiently. Keir brings a fresh perspective and a keen willingness to learn, making him a great fit for our team.
Outside of work Keir plays football and enjoys spending time with his son.
Molly handles pretty much everything but the IT side of things.
She manages the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, as well as overseeing purchasing to maintain efficient procurement and cost management.
She also deals with the company’s HR and administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys practicing yoga, as well as going for long walks with her partner and cocker spaniel, Skye.
Skye is our four-legged cybersecurity expert, specialising in deep packet sniffing – literally.
As Chief Packet Inspector, she takes her job very seriously, ensuring that no treat goes undetected in incoming deliveries, lunch bags, or office drawers. When she’s not hard at work, Skye enjoys tail-wagging team meetings, impromptu belly rub sessions, and reminding everyone to take breaks (for walkies, of course).
With her keen nose and unwavering dedication, she’s an essential part of the IT security … and snack security team!
Outside of the office, Skye likes to go for long walks and have a well-earned sleep on the sofa.
